With videos and interactive games, you’ll learn how to:

  • Manage your health care as you transition to adulthood

  • Navigate Indian Health Services and private and public insurance

  • Find health care providers who you trust

  • Make appointments and handle paperwork

  • Promote health through traditional healing

During 5 weeks, at your own pace, you’ll:

  • Pilot test five 45-minute lessons

  • Complete two surveys (15 min each)
